prepare for new roof construction, new wiring in these walls

Phase 6: Rebuild roof framing, overhead electrical wiring, ceiling
and new roof

Phase 7: Finishing phase: rebuild kitchen and bathrooms, renovate
blackboards, rebuild foyer, repair or replace windows and doors,
paint, and landscaping.
Estimated Cost: $40,000 to $75,000
